A gasket set for a turbo is part of an installation kit and contains only the sealing materials needed to install the turbo so that it is airtight and oil-tight. Unlike a complete installation kit, it usually does not contain bolts, nuts, or other fasteners—only gaskets, O-rings, and sometimes sealing rings.

Tip! When installing a new turbo, we always recommend using a complete installation kit. If you still want to use a gasket set, make sure that the existing bolts/materials are in top condition—which is rarely the case with older engines.
