Delivered items can be returned within one calendar month after delivery if they are unused and in an as-new condition. The articles must be packed in the original packaging which has not been written on, damaged or stickered. Items ordered specifically for you may not be returned.
Returns will only be accepted if they have been registered online in advance as returns and are provided with a fully completed RMA form, including RMA number. You must pay the shipping costs for returns and these will not be credited.
